Roofza provides a property management platform designed to help landlords and property managers manage properties, tenants, leases, payments, and communications.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of property and tenant data you enter.
• You must comply with applicable landlord-tenant laws.
• You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Roofza. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
